Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to the $20 USD one-time purchase of the VFX Loom digital software/plugin product for Roblox Studio. It should be read together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Digital supply

VFX Loom is supplied digitally. Before Checkout, the purchase flow asks you to request that digital supply begin after successful payment and to acknowledge that, where applicable law provides a withdrawal or cancellation period for digital content, starting digital supply after express consent may affect that right. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Requesting a refund

There is no automatic self-service refund button in the current purchase flow. To request a refund or report a problem with a purchase, contact us using the support route below and include enough information for us to locate the purchase. Do not send card numbers, secret keys or Roblox OAuth credentials.

We will assess the request under the applicable law, the purchase records and the circumstances of the request. This policy does not promise or exclude a refund or remedy for defective/non-conforming digital content where mandatory law gives you a right to one.

Access after payment transitions

For a gift purchase, the purchaser receives a one-time Gift Link. The recipient chooses the Roblox account during redemption, and the gift becomes permanently bound to that account. An unclaimed gift expires on the date shown at delivery. A full refund or chargeback makes an unclaimed gift unusable; if a gift was already redeemed, the paid access created from it may be revoked.

• A full refund revokes the paid grant associated with that purchase. If it was the only qualifying grant, effective paid access becomes unavailable.
• A partial refund is recorded for review and does not automatically change access under the current system. Contact support if your situation requires review.
• An open payment dispute may suspend access associated with the disputed purchase while it is investigated. A merchant-win outcome may make that paid purchase eligible for restoration; a customer-win outcome does not restore access through the disputed purchase.
• A separate Founder or manual grant is independent and is not revoked merely because an unrelated paid purchase is refunded or disputed.

Revocation affects the paid licensing state. It does not remotely erase a file that was already downloaded or imported into a local Roblox Studio place.
